Going to order my son a 2000 1791. All black with purple lacing and purple stitching if that detail matters. He's 13 going on 14 just curious which way I should order it? Stiff or broken in? I was not a catcher and liked a softer glove but not sure for him. Recommendations, pros, cons. Help appreciated. |

As a boy/young man I wasn't very patient with things and wanted things right away. It will take a long time for him to break in a pro stiff vs regular.... |

i would say go with the normal as it will still be stiff just won't take as long as the pro stiff to break in. |
