I've had this mizuno global elite for about 8 months now, and its been going great. I've used it almost daily and its become a little beat up. I'm starting to feel the web and the palm, and the leather has started to dry up...so does anyone know what the best thing I could do for my glove (maybe a conditioner). If a conditioner does anyone know what would be best for this kind of glove?

I'd use Mizuno Strong Oil on it but go easy with it. The VOP global elites are already one of the highest oiled glove leathers I've ever seen from the factory, it's not going to need much if it has indeed dried out some. I'd start with a light cleaning using Lexol (orange bottle) leather cleaner and see where you're at after it's clean and dry. If it still feels like it's drying up do one very light coat with the Mizuno Strong Oil and you should be good for the next year.
