i got mine within 3 days, but I think the guy on the phone was living in fear of my wife. Heels, I'd call them first thing Monday

Still haven't gotten mine. Called several times and emailed. I hate that I might have to get my parents involved, but that seems like the only thing that would get them to refund me.

Thank you forum, Akadema has the deal again and I was about to order a glove last night, however I decided to wait. I am happy I didn't order a glove; nevertheless, they make a nice glove, I own five stock gloves.

Never responded to mine either. Go, you're going to need to call them. And keep calling them, that's what we had to do. Check arrived yesterday in the mail. As long as it actually clears, I'm done with them for good.


Heard back from them:


Custom gloves are slightly backed up due to some issues overseas. Generally the gloves turn over in 7-11 weeks. Right now they are getting in and out around 10-12 weeks.

I'm beginning to think they give everyone the same run around. I'm on week 10 we'll see.

Also, if you put it on a credit card and paid interest on the item, I would bring that up for some compensation like the sunglasses or else file a dispute with your credit card company. Had the run around with a local bat manufacture (for 4 years they were averaging 4 weeks to produce 2-3 personalized bats an order then all of a sudden they can't produce 2 bats in a 12 week window). After they received notice of my credit card dispute, the bats were magically ready the next day (a buddy bought them from the x-out/bargain bin a week later for me).
