Will a 12.75” HOH outfield glove with the 302 or 303 pattern and an H-web or modified trap work well for softball? Will the pocket form to a softball?

Any other recent HOH models that work well for softball, or other higher-end brands/models that work well for softball?

I wonder why Rawlings does not currently offer HOH gloves for SP and FP softball. They had a couple DC HOH models a year or so ago that I believe were more geared to FP.

The 303 pattern is probably a little narrow for SB, but the 302 makes for a great SB glove.
With 2 in the pinky, my PRO302 has a cavernous pocket.

I use a Rawlings Custom PRO T (PROTB24 regular model number) for softball. My custom is slightly smaller than 12.75, but I have used a PROTB24 for softball in years past and it works great.

Here is the PROTB24

I do not like the 303 pattern for softball, the pocket is too narrow in my opinion.

Thanks for the input.

I'm kind of drawn to a PRO302-6JB since I have a PRO20-9JB and really like the Japanese-tanned leather because it holds its shape and stays firm.

Just need to find a good deal on a PRO302-6JB. I've only seen them at Eastbay.com.

I owned a TB24 a while back and sold it to fund another glove purchase. I was not crazy about the trapeze web - just a personal preference thing.
