Very nice. Dealer is always out, for tires for my truck... I don't think the dealer is even aware that they make 35" E rated mud tires... LOL

Our local dealer would set you up with 35E's no problem....they will price match anyone.

My son runs Nitto Terra Grapplers 20" on his Silverado in the summer.....he's installing a lift this winter and planning to run 35" Trail Grapplers next summer. The Nitto's wear exceptionally well....3 seasons and approx 25K on the Terra's and they all still measure 10/32" even.

How funny... my new tires are in the link you just posted... the General Grabbers with the red letters.
I've been waiting to get a set of those for some time, but so many of the ones in my size (35x12.50 R17) end up going to the desert racing teams who race 7000-8000 lb. diesel trucks like mine across the sand dunes of Glamis and Mexico.

I actually got 40k+ out of my current Toyo Open Country MT's, which is astounding for a heavy diesel truck driven hard.
What kind of lift is your son doing... is he going functional, or for looks?

If it's a solid front axle truck (clueless about IFS lifts), just make sure the spring rate for the new coils is lower than stock and don't use any of those crappy white body shocks that frequently come with lift kits.
Bilstein 5100's are a good affordable shock, with applications for lifted trucks.

I've read that Toyo R888 and RA1 both use the same rubber compound the same with the R1R. Some people say the only difference between those tires are their tread pattern and belting. Is this true for those who have used these type of tires?
