I believe this is when they started sending their work overseas. I have searched the forums briefly for an answer, but couldn't come up with much. Here is my question...

Was it an immediate decline in quality of leather as soon as the gloves were made overseas? Or was it a more gradual process? As a quick example, say I had a PRO-H made in USA with 3 dots (1998) and then I had the same glove with 4 dots (1999), would there be a huge difference like there is today between the Phillipines gloves and Bobs USA customs?

Would love to hear what users have to say about this...
