Based on price, quality of leather, quality of lace, weight, ease of break in, fit on hand...etc..

Off the shelf, meaning not a custom ordered glove.....

PP for me, only if it's black of course.

P.P. for me as well. There is nothing more comfortable. A close second for me would be the Mizuno GMP.

I really like the PP two-tones, but the honest vote, if limited to just one, is for HOH, w/ A2000 a reasonably close second.

Gotta figure in real world cost vs. real world performance, and frankly, the higher end gloves, while material and feature rich, don't seem to last as long as their main stream siblings, IOW, you'll likely get more seasons of service from an A2000 or HOH, for less cost, than from pricier A2K's or PP's... though I am curious to see how USA Akadema's work out. Most of the other choices don't offer the variety of the big boys, but there lots of nice finds among the offerings that are available so that a poll for an individual glove might play out differently than for an overall model line...

Sad thing is guys/gals. I have a $250.00 custom Rawlings HOH PRO302-6 , a $250.00 Custom USA Glovesmith 1275 and a $160.00 TPX Pro Flare FL1275C (Brown Horween, white TPX label, w/ Black Single Post Pocket). So far dollar for dollar, fit on the hand, weight, ease of breakin etc.....I am loving the TPX Pro Flare over the other (2) at the moment.........
