Wondering why the Louisville section has gone dead. I recently picked up 2 Pro Flares, and they are 2 of the best gloves I've owned.

I have a broken in 11.75 C55 that i got for $149.99 (my baby. I tried to sneak it with me in a post game interview, but they didn't air the part when I was showing it off)
I just got a college issued 12.75 Flare for $149.99 (they have a few of these left, highest quality glove I've owned, and for $150?!?!)

Both were from ballgloves.com and both are absolutely amazing. No glove in that price range can even come close to Louisville. (If you know what Louisvilles to get, there have been some bad ones)

Notice I never said TPX, I'm not sure why but i believe they dropped that name.

This thread was made to hopefully direct some attention to Louisville, because I really believe that they make some of the best gloves out there. Also, the C55s are slowly starting to fall in price, so don't miss out.

Im with you there, I have 2 Louisvilles, an old 12.75 trap pro flare, and a pro11cb right now. I enjoy both gloves and my sister also had a pro flare 11.5 mod trap. For the price, you really cant get much better than Louisville, I just wish they did away with those rubber logos on the flares wrist sooner

Interesting. I feel that the red triangle logo is pretty iconic to Louisville. I hate the rubber flare patch on the thumb though.

There are quite a few college issue gloves on ballgloves right now. If they're all the same quality as the one i have, they are an absolute steal for less than $200.

I was looking at the C55's and was wondering if I should go with the 12 or 11.75 inch for mainly 3rd base. Does the 11.75 play true to size? thanks

I'd say mine plays a hair larger than 11.75
