I have a burgundy 11.75 Bloodline that I purchased nearly 5 months ago. It still hasn't broken it. I can't even touch the thumb to the fingers. I wanted a stiff glove but this seems a bit ridiculous. I've never heard of a 6+ month break-in period. Thoughts?

Right before going out to have a catch, get your glove hand wet wtih hot tap water. Then pour a tablespoon of hot water into the palm, pocket, hinge and work it in. Then go play catch. Do not oil it (no Neat's Foot, Mink oil, etc.).

Also, if you can sit on a bucket at a batting cage, grab a handful of tokens and sit in front of the 60 mph machine.

Because Nokona uses the same leather as the shell for the lining (no soft deer tanned cowhide), it can take a while. But it will be worth it.
