does anybody use a mizuno gmp55 for softball?

I'm currently looking for something I can use as a utility glove for softball... I primarily play SS but I do jump on LF every now and then...

The local baseball store is selling the gmp55 ("black".. but more like green) for a great price... just wondering what you gurus think..

Thanks!

Love my GMP55R.
I think this would be perfect for both, IF and OF. I mostly use it in OF, but its got great control for a 12.5"
Plays a bit bigger than a 12.5" though, just a tad smaller than a 12.75" (IMO)

I did change it to a Trap though.

I use a Vinci RV1961-L for playing 2nd base and I absolutely love it! I will use nothing else for softball.

i have a semi custom nokona amg400 kb ow. semi custom because i could only get it close to what i really wanted. prefer an open back, nope, dont like velcro, back then no other choice. got out bid on ebay on an older bannana tan one with an open web, so i knew they probably had the pattern. when / if they get the custom program off the ground they need to offer each / some of them with options like open back closed back, open web closed web, etc. then i will be back. till then i just got my first vinci. a sweet blonde open back tj 1952-L , and soon a black br46 hopefully.
