I have no problems with JC but while looking on the for sale part of Glove Works I saw this thing. I have never had a Rolin but what do you think about the "This particular one feels incredible" statement. I know that each Rolin glove is different and has its own character so just thought I would ask.

Here is the website http://www.glove-works.com/ForSale.html

I think that if wake makes a statement "This particular one feels incredible", I would tend to believe him considering his wealth of knowledge when it comes to baseball gloves. What does JC have to do with the glove that is for sale?

I feel that particular glove feels incredible, that's what i feel. Is this a trick question?

If a tree falls in the forest and no one is there to hear it, does it still make a sound? Ok, if WAKE says it DOES make a sound, is that really right?

Wake got the glove from me.

I'm not sure that I see the logic in this thread.

The quality of the Rolin gloves is well documented by several forum members who own Rolins.

I have dozens of customers who are very happy with quality and feel of their Rolin gloves.

I guess Wake really likes his too!

Sorry if my description was confusing....I think I understand the question. Does this mean others don't fit/feel so good? My description may indeed imply that. My experience with "true" custom or hand made gloves is they can vary quite dramatically and yes......some do not feel all that good when you first put them on and when given a number of gloves to select from (which is the case with JC) I will always take the one that feels best when I first try it on.

I have one Rolin glove, and unfortunately didn't order through JC. I did order from JC a glove for my 6 year old son. I have seen a few Rolin gloves, and all of them were great quality. Some gloves just "fit" and feel nice. Even though many gloves are cut from the same die, I don't think it's possible to make any two gloves EXACTLY alike.

If Wake says "this particular one feels incredible," I don't think that the other ones are crap. I think exactly what he said, that the particular glove he mentioned feels unusually good - and Wake has probably put his hand in more gloves than anyone here.

FACTS:

*JC is good to work with - and you should order a Rolin Custom through him.

*Rolin makes a quality glove and should always be considered.

I got one of the 10.5" models for my 9 year old, and I have to say it is awesome. I am really happy with the purchase and hope to get an adult one for me when I sell a few things off. His glove is the red I web on the bottom.
